Who Stylist?
Noor Arfa Stylist is the official title given to registered Noor Arfa resellers, consisting of working women and individuals who wish to earn additional income. This program is specially designed to help them fulfil their family’s needs and financial commitments without relying solely on their monthly salary.
They act as business partner who promote and market Noor Arfa products professionally, both online and offline, with full support in the form of training, marketing materials and a structured reward system.
Establishment
The journey of Noor Arfa Stylist began with the second-generation leaders of Noor Arfa. Known affectionately as Sir Hafiz, he is not only the founder but also the driving force behind the brand’s growth, together with his beloved wife, Puan Ismanisa, fondly called Teacher Isma by the Stylists. As the second generation of Noor Arfa, they carry the family legacy with a bigger mission to help more women generate income in a dignified and stylish way.
The Noor Arfa Stylist program was first introduced in 2018 and continued to grow until it was officially established in 2020. The year 2020 marked a major turning point in moving away from fully manual processes. Sir Hafiz and Teacher Isma made a bold decision to transition to a more organized system. This led to the creation of the Noor Arfa Stylist System and a more systematic online ordering website, making it easier for Stylists to place orders, track commissions and manage customers at their fingertips.
The journey was not easy, but the results are truly remarkable. Within just one year, the Noor Arfa Stylist program achieved RM1.1 million in sales. One Noor Arfa Stylist even recorded individual sales of RM800,000, proving that this program can truly transform lives when followed with full commitment.
Since 2018, more than 1,000 Noor Arfa Stylists have registered and become part of the Noor Arfa family. Behind every number is a story of a woman striving for her family, increasing her income, and building her confidence together with Sir Hafiz, Teacher Isma, and the entire Noor Arfa team, who remain committed to guiding them from day one until they achieve success.
